The resort is split into several camping areas, the “Premium” sites are close to the office and pool, are pull-through, with concrete pads, cable TV (not very good) and 50-amp service. The “Non-Premium” sites are grass with 30-amp service and are located toward the back of the resort. Free Wi-Fi is available sporadically throughout the park. All sites where fairly level and in good condition. Sites are narrow in my opinion and not very deep; access streets are a little narrow as well. If you have a large rig with a tow vehicle you may have a hard time getting it all on the site (neighbors stuff spills over just about everywhere). If you’re looking for a resort close to the Orlando attractions with a lot of activities and party atmosphere you’ll probably enjoy your stay. The pool area plays music (loudly) most of the day and into the early evening. If your looking for a quiet, restful stay this probably isn’t the place for you or at least not in the premium sites.

This is a very nice little campground near I-95. Access is easy, and it’s very quiet with little or no traffic noise despite being close to highway. Campground is approximately 5 miles from Old Town attractions and 10 miles from beach. Sites are wide and all pull-thru. Office staff friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is free and worked very well. As others have said this is a very basic campground. No pools or activities for children. If your looking for a night stop over or a few days stay near the local attractions I highly recommend. Price includes FMCA discount and local sales/resort tax.

This park is situated right on the Indian River and directly across the river from the Kennedy Space Center. If you are in town to watch a Shuttle launch you won't find a campground with a better vantage point. Streets are a little narrow but still drivable with a large motorhome. The pull through sites are very large but most of the back-in sites are narrow. Park was fairly well maintained and clean. All sites are dirt/grass and are un-level. Lots of trees and the breeze from the river is very nice. There is a good bit of traffic noise from the highway but not to bad. Staff is helpful but not overly friendly. WiFi was available but didn't work well.

As others have said this is an open campground and there's very little in the way of shade. Sites are gravel and un-level but not bad. Most are narrow but plenty long enough for big rigs. Electric and water only on most sites. Dump station available and convenient. Only one trash drop off site for the entire campground so it can be a bit of a hike depending on where your site is. Park is clean and pretty well maintained with the exception of the weeds between sites and along roads which needed mowing badly. Sunset over Lake Dixie was beautiful. Plenty of hiking and biking trails. Several piers to fish from, and Lake Louisa has a swimming area. Will be back but in the fall, winter or spring.

This is an over 55 RV and Golf Resort. Most sites are owned but many are available for rent. Small 9 hole golf course is in good shape and was enjoyable to play. Club house and pool are also available to renters. Owners and staff are friendly and very helpful. Some sites do not have cable so you'll need to check on availability. Wi-Fi is easy to access and worked well. Close to Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Orlando.

Very nice resort as you would expect from Outdoor Resorts. Well landscaped and manicured. Most sites are privately owned and are rented during the off-season. There is a minor league baseball park almost directly across the street from the resort and you do hear the announcer on the PA system. In my opinion it wasn’t very loud but it is something to be aware of. In our case it was great because they had a big fireworks display after the game on the 4th and the 5th. The site we stayed at was like having a front row seat to the show. Resort has a pitch and putt golf course that really isn't much but looked to be in pretty nice shape. Several pools and tennis courts as well. All in all its a very nice park and we will definitely stay there again.

Its Disney so it going to be a well maintained campground. Sites and streets are a little narrow so big rigs and big 5th wheels will have a bit of a hard time maneuvering. Onsite transportation is easy to get to and runs promptly. You could spend a couple of days just with the activities in the campground. Only thing that was not completely up to Disney standards was that they have cut down a lot of the trees that surrounded the sites. Looks a bit rough at the moment but I'm sure they will planting new plants to replace what they removed. At our site the cable and electrical hookups where at the front of the site so extensions for both where needed. Will stay here again.

Nice campground close to Interstate 95. Friendly and helpful staff. Concrete pads but very close together. Wouldn't recommend for long stay but nice for a couple of day visit to Florida's Space Coast.
